Building licence
After you acquired the rank of a sailor, you can talk to the master builder and buy a building licence. After you erected three buildings in a town, you can ask the master builder for a production licence. It will allow you to construct production buildings in the town.
The production licence always cost the price for the next building licence.
The costs for the a licence are linked to your assets. Every additional building licence will cost additional 10.000 gold, this applies for both: minimum and maximum price.
